Braven is seeking an Executive Director to lead the NC region, launching Braven's presence with potential new higher education partners, and guiding external affairs to raise roughly $9 million in the first three years.

The role is in-person in Fayetteville or Raleigh, with a path to permanent leadership if the NC partnership solidifies, and reports to senior Braven leadership as part of the Alignment Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience as an Executive leading a department or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead NC region launch and ongoing operations, building a regional program team and advisory board.
• Manage external affairs strategy and fundraising priorities, including major donor engagement.
• Oversee partnership development with higher education and employer partners; ensure regional growth and sustainability.
