Qualifications

• Active NC Bar admission required.
• Two+ years of personal injury pre-litigation or litigation experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong writing, research, negotiation and public speaking skills required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills; familiarity with SmartAdvocate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze evidence, including medical records and investigative findings.
• Interview clients and witnesses, and consult field experts.
• Research statutes and case law to support legal strategies.
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to determine case strategies.
• Resolve cases through mediation, arbitration, and trial.
• Participate in marketing initiatives like podcasts and blogs.
