Job summary

ServiceMaster North Atlanta is seeking a Branch Manager to launch and lead a restoration and reconstruction branch serving the North Atlanta market. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and market development with a strong focus on insurer-driven work.

You will oversee branch operations, staff, and carrier relationships, ensuring quality services for residential and commercial clients while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in restoration/construction ops with leadership
• Experience managing insurance carrier–driven restoration work
• Strong understanding of Xactimate estimating, job costing, and insurance claims workflows
• Proven ability to manage branch-level P&L and operational performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Direct all branch operations including restoration and reconstruction projects
• Ensure rapid, professional emergency response and meet SLAs
• Oversee project lifecycle from loss to completion with cost control
• Manage carrier program performance and coordinating with adjusters
• Own branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and production targets
• Recruit, train, and retain staff and ensure adherence to standards
• Develop carrier relationships and drive business development
