Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager within the North American Transportation team in Tempe, AZ to lead analysis and execution of volume allocations to transportation partners. You will drive data-driven decisions to optimize costs and customer experience across multiple carriers.

You will manage cross-functional programs from inception to implementation, partner with external providers and internal teams, and develop KPI reporting to monitor milestones and performance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and existing programs, delivering difficult projects across multiple organizations.
• Work with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft scalable solutions.
• Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, and milestones.
