Job summary

HP is seeking a Technical Sustainability Specialist for North America to drive sustainability-driven customer engagement across enterprise and retail accounts. You will translate HP's sustainability strategy into tangible business outcomes, acting as a strategic advisor at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and sustainability.

In this role you will support RFPs and major deals, shape customer strategy with account teams, and contribute to sustainability go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• 5-7+ years in communications, technical sales, or account management.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainability engagement across top North America Channel and Retail accounts customers.
• Partner with account teams, sales leaders, and category leads to shape customer strategy and unlock opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor on sustainability priorities (climate, circularity, nature, reporting).
• Represent HP sustainability in customer meetings, partner engagements, and events.
