Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Domestic Sourcing Specialist to lead supplier development and strategic procurement across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• Experience sourcing suppliers within the United States, Canada, and/or Mexico.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and supplier development programs.
• Knowledge of USMCA trade regulations and North American supply chain networks.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and project management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers across North America.
• Lead RFQ processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Analyze quotations, landed costs, and market trends to drive decisions.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
• Conduct regular supplier business reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Operations, Logistics, and Sales.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop contingency plans and sourcing strategies to reduce risk.
• Support new product launches and supplier transitions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

CPSM, CPM, or APICS certification
