Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Ability to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across commodities.
• Experience with RFQ management, quote analysis, and supplier selection.
• Knowledge of cost reduction strategies and localization planning.
• Familiarity with PPAP/production order processes and engineering changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for assigned commodities and manage RFQs and supplier selection.
• Develop supplier relationships and drive on-site assessments and improvements.
• Drive cost reduction projects and localization to maximize savings and reduce risk.
• Manage NPP and engineering changes to ensure timely product introductions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and legal to resolve issues.
