Job summary

Amazon’s Selling Partner Trust team seeks a Principal Program Manager for the NA region to bridge enforcement strategies with regional seller needs. You will drive reinstatement initiatives, HVLE enforcement, and false positive reduction, partnering with 3P leaders to scale compliant programs across US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 7+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 7+ years in program or project management.
• MBA degree.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Influence cross-VP organizations to shape risk appetite, SX standards, and enforcement balance.
• Define strategy, execution plans and tracking mechanisms to scale compliance programs across NA stores.
• Develop mechanisms to surface interdependencies and inform tech/product roadmaps for NA.
• Establish relationships with NA stakeholders to minimize disruptions while enabling growth.
