Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience or working with sales teams.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales analytics experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Owns and runs the sales performance-management cycle.
• Leads target setting and goal cascade for sales teams.
• Manages all sales-related tools (CRM, CPQ, analytics).
• Regularly evaluates performance against targets.
• Collaborates with marketing and product teams.
