Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales analytics experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience or experience working with sales teams.

• Lead target setting and the goal cascade.
• Manage all sales-related tools and drive adoption.
• Evaluate performance against targets.
• Conduct opportunity assessments and develop innovative approaches.
