Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales analytics experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience or working with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns and runs the sales performance-management cycle: dashboards and scorecards.
• Leads target setting and the goal cascade.
• Manages all sales-related tools (CRM, CPQ, and analytics/BI).
• Conduct opportunity assessments and develop innovative approaches.
