Job summary

ANYbotics is seeking a VP Sales, North America to lead the NA sales strategy across the US and Canada. You will build and lead a high-impact team, shape regional priorities and own enterprise deal execution from pilots to multi-site deployments.

You will work hands-on with key customers, drive strategic account planning, and collaborate with Architecture, Value Consulting, Customer Success and Product to accelerate industrial-solution adoption and growth in North America.

Qualifications

Must have proven sales leadership in industrial technology sectors.
Experience selling to North American customers in core markets (Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Metals & Minerals, cement or pulp & paper).
Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop sales teams and own regional targets.
Hands-on leadership style with direct involvement in key opportunities, negotiations and closing.
Strong track record in complex, long-cycle enterprise sales and building quantified business cases.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the North American commercial strategy across the US and Canada.
Lead and grow the North American sales organisation, including hiring and coaching.
Own regional sales targets and operating rhythm: pipeline, forecasting, account planning and execution.
Accelerate enterprise adoption within strategic accounts, expanding pilots into multi-site, fleet and enterprise agreements.
Win new strategic customers through direct prospecting, partnerships and disciplined enterprise BD.
Stay involved in major opportunities: deal strategy, executive engagement and negotiations.
Partner with Solution Architecture, Business Value Consulting, Customer Success and Product to ensure strong outcomes.
