Job summary

Essity North America Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting and forecasting, conduct financial reporting and analytics, and analyze revenue and cost drivers for the Health & Medical Business Unit.

The ideal candidate should live in Philadelphia, PA or Charlotte, NC, possess a degree in Finance or Accounting, and have 5+ years of FP&A experience with advanced Excel. MBA preferred; SAP/BW knowledge is a plus. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
MBA or related advance degree preferred.
5+ years of experience of financial analyst experience.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required.
Knowledge of SAP, BW preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Health and Medical with budgeting, forecasting and sales & expense analytics.
Monitors and follow-up of the Business Unit performance and deviations.
Responsible for interpreting data for the purpose of determining past performance and/or to project future results.
Prepare monthly sales volume reports.
Prepare monthly expense reports.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand underlying trends in business.
Proactively identify and raise awareness about customer volumes and product usage.
Provide ad hoc sales volume analysis, reporting, and support as required.
Contribute to defining reporting guidelines, instructions and content in alignment with Corporate Finance.
Participate in creation of budget and forecast for the Health and Medical Business Unit.
