ZEGNA in New York is seeking a Regional Procurement Manager to lead North America procurement, partnering with business leaders and suppliers to optimize costs, drive sourcing initiatives, and align with Group policies and governance.

You will act as regional procurement SME, support multiple brands, implement category strategies, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Finance and HR to deliver value and ensure procurement excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of procurement and sourcing experience in luxury, fashion, or retail.
• Experience working within international and matrix organizations.
• Experience managing sourcing across categories such as marketing, retail operations, events, or store development.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. sourcing, procurement, and negotiation landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills: spend analysis, total cost of ownership (TCO), KPI management, and supplier evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor selection.
• Execute Group category strategies within the North American market, adapting global initiatives to local business needs.
• Identify and deliver cost optimization, efficiency, and value-creation opportunities across multiple spend categories.
• Build, qualify, and manage a high-performing regional supplier base.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to drive innovation, service excellence, and long-term value.
• Partner closely with Retail, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Finance, and other key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies, governance requirements, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Assess supplier performance, contractual compliance, and risk exposure to support business continuity and mitigate operational risks.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and provide insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation and adoption of procurement tools, including SAP Ariba and the Vendor Portal.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier engagement.
