Gerdau North America is seeking a high-impact sales professional to establish a new market for GLN across North America. You will lead all aspects of new business development, from market strategies to soliciting orders and major quotes, while aligning with the Commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 3–5 years of sales experience with increasing revenue responsibility, plus a track record.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment; rail or steel sales preferred.
• Costing, margins understanding, and ERP system familiarity.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop market strategies and identify opportunities to solicit orders and major quotes.
• Visit customers, present capabilities, and quote pricing.
• Input on production planning, inventory control, and pricing aligned with strategy.
• Maintain customer relationships and grow the North American railway segment.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and support budget planning.
