Job summary

Gerdau North America is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst to perform data analysis, provide insights and actionable recommendations to support procurement processes and practices. Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, data science, data analysis, or related area.
• 2–4 years in business intelligence, data analysis, supply chain analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Experience creating automated reporting systems and databases.
• Analytically focused with proven ability to develop action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑department collaboration.
• Experience planning and executing data analysis projects from start to finish.
• Proficient with Power BI, Databricks, and Excel; familiarity with RPA is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions) and process automation.
• Ability to build strong relationships with procurement and operations teams.
• Prior experience with SAP Ariba and procurement/manufacturing knowledge in steel industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and manage efficient processes, reports, dashboards, and dynamic models to monitor KPIs and benchmarks.
• Provide leadership with timely information and analysis to support procurement performance and improvements.
• Analyze complex data from multiple stakeholders to generate data-backed recommendations for procurement strategies.
• Create innovative reporting using tools like Power BI, Databricks, SAP Datasphere, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support long-term vision by implementing best practices and leading organizational transformation.
