Job summary

A leading agricultural company is seeking a Unit R&D Business Manager to oversee and drive the Research & Development operations in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agricultural sector, demonstrate hands-on leadership, and foster collaboration across teams. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in seed, technology, or agrochemical companies.
• Strong background in field operations, R&D management, or agronomy.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and execute the R&D commercial and operational plan for North America.
• Coordinate and plan activities with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee operations within budget, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects.
