Job summary

A leading agricultural company is seeking a Unit R&D Business Manager to oversee and drive the Research & Development operations in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agricultural sector, demonstrate hands-on leadership, and foster collaboration across teams. Responsibilities include executing the R&D plan, budget management, and communication of project reports. This is a full-time on-site role based in Lafayette, IN, with limited travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in seed, technology, or agrochemical companies.
• Strong background in field operations, R&D management, or agronomy.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and Portuguese are preferred but not required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, ARM, and Prism preferred.
• Chemical Applicators License and Class B CDL.

We are looking for a hands‑on, strategic, and versatile professional capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
