• Experience negotiating with domestic and international suppliers and resolving delivery issues.
• Experience in manufacturing or complex supply environments with inventories and lead times.
• Strong ERP and data-analysis skills; ability to communicate risks and options clearly.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the North America Procurement team with clear priorities and KPIs.
• Oversee day-to-day procurement operations, POs, supplier commitments, and escalations.
• Partner with regional teams on international suppliers to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards and corrective actions.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and contract terms.
• Lead strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, supplier selection, and new-source qualification.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain risks across inventory, capacity, and logistics.
