Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience and/or education in procurement and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and ERP Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Supply Chain activities with Product Managers and Material Control to maximize value for KJLC.
• Respond to pricing and delivery inquiries for non-stocked items in support of sales and production requirements.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and spend data to optimize stocking levels, drive supplier consolidation, and improve purchasing efficiency.
• Negotiate with new and existing suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, lead times, quality, packaging, and service levels.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships through audits, inspections, performance reviews, and ongoing negotiations.
• Create and manage purchase orders to support sales orders, production requirements, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain accurate planning data, including item master information, purchase order delivery dates, and inventory management systems such as JIT, MRP, and e-commerce tools.
