• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects, programs, or portfolios simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance practices, and portfolio management principles.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Global PMO team to establish and maintain project management standards, processes, tools, and governance practices.
• Manage project prioritization, resource planning, and capacity management across the team.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective change management and stakeholder engagement practices are incorporated into project execution.
