Job summary

Roquette seeks a seasoned Head of Planning for North America to lead Demand, Supply, Production, and Inventory planning across the US, Canada, and Mexico from Geneva, IL. You will drive IBP/S&OP processes and develop a rolling 24–36 month plan to balance service, inventory, and cost.

The role requires a strong background in planning analytics, ERP/APS systems, and leadership of multi-site teams, with a focus on working capital optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or supply chain specialization preferred.
• APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, CLTD, or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive planning roles with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Planning organization across Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory, and Planning Analytics.
• Own and lead the monthly IBP and S&OP processes.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 24- to 36-month demand and supply plan.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvement and demand sensing capabilities.
• Align commercial demand with manufacturing, procurement, transportation, and logistics strategies.
• Establish inventory policies and replenishment methodologies.
• Lead executive supply chain reviews and trade-off decisions.
• Develop contingency plans for disruptions and volatility.
• Drive planning process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ensure planning master data governance and integrity.
• Leverage analytics and digital planning tools to improve planning effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and working capital objectives.
• Identify and implement planning automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
