Job summary

Roquette Group seeks a seasoned Planning leader to head the NORAM Planning organization across Demand, Supply, and Production planning. You will own the IBP and S&OP cycles and drive a rolling 24-36 month plan to optimize service, inventory, and cost across the US, Canada, and Mexico.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with Finance on budgets and strategic plans, and push advanced analytics, automation, and data governance to improve planning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or SCM specialty preferred.
• APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, CLTD, Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 10+ years in progressive planning and supply chain roles.
• 5+ years leadership/people management experience.
• Experience balancing service, inventory and cost objectives.
• Experience with integrated business planning and inventory optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Planning across Demand, Supply, Production, Inventory, and Planning Analytics.
• Own and lead monthly IBP and S&OP processes.
• Develop and maintain rolling 24–36 month demand/supply plan.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias; enable demand sensing.
• Align commercial plans with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and customer service.
• Establish inventory policies, safety stock, and replenishment methods.
• Lead executive supply chain reviews and recommendations on service, inventory, capacity, risk.
• Develop contingency plans for disruptions and volatility.
• Drive planning standardization and continuous improvement.
• Govern master data governance and integrity; ensure compliance with controls.

Compensation:

The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $132,000 - $198,000. In addition, this position may also earn performance-based incentive compensation. The posted range reflects the compensation framework for the role. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the North America Planning organization across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, and Planning Analytics.
• Own and lead the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Develop and maintain a rolling 24- to 36-month demand and supply plan.
• Drive forecast accuracy improvement, forecast bias reduction, and demand sensing capabilities.
• Align commercial demand plans with manufacturing, procurement, transportation, warehousing, customer service, and supply chain strategies.
• Establish inventory policies, safety stock strategies, and replenishment methodologies.
• Lead executive supply chain reviews and provide recommendations regarding service, inventory, capacity, and risk trade-offs.
• Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies for supply disruptions and demand volatility.
• Drive planning process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure planning master data governance and integrity.
• Leverage advanced analytics and digital planning tools to improve planning effectiveness.
• Partner with Finance to support annual budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and working capital objectives.
• Identify and implement planning automation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

What You'll Need:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain specialization) preferred. APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, CLTD, Six Sigma certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of progressive planning and supply chain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Proven experience balancing customer service, inventory, and cost objectives.
• Experience leading integrated business planning, demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization programs.
• Experience in working capital management.
• Strength in data analytics and business intelligence.
• Expertise in ERP and Advanced Planning Systems.
• Experience supporting annual budget planning and leading multi-site operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility

• Leads the NORAM Planning organization
  • Direct management of Supply/Demand Planning and Supply Planning team members.
  • Responsible for coaching, developing, and leading a high-performing planning organization.

Work Environment

• Office environment.
• Regular collaboration across geographically dispersed organizations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Visits to manufacturing sites, warehouses, and office locations required.

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, and utilize standard office equipment.
• Ability to work effectively across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time position.
• Days and flexible hours of work are required to meet facility demands.

Business Travel

• Up to 25% travel across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
