Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC invites applications for Chief Architect, North America P&C, to guide the long-term technology strategy and enterprise architecture across North America P&C. The role partners with business and tech leaders to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.

You will oversee AI, data, digital experiences, and integrations, shaping platform choices and cloud strategies while mentoring senior architects and ensuring security and resilience. Hybrid work in Hartford area supported.

Qualifications

12+ years of IT architecture experience including enterprise architecture and integration.
8+ years of leadership experience.
Experience translating business strategy into enterprise technology roadmaps and architecture.
Broad knowledge across applications, cloud, data, integrations, security, digital platforms, and core tech.
Experience influencing senior executives and guiding complex decisions.
Understanding of cross-functional teams, agile execution, and product orientation.
Ability to build trusted partnerships across business and tech.
Knowledge of insurance processes and tech preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
