Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a Director, North American Operational Excellence in Fort Smith, AR. The role leads a cross-site improvement program, building a culture of continuous improvement and accountable change across multiple plants.

The position requires a engineering degree with an MBA preferred, 5–10 years in manufacturing excellence and a strong ability to drive data-based performance and standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large, sophisticated, tier one manufacturing operation.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading an operational excellence program (Lean Six Sigma) in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish NA Operations change roadmap strategic direction, priorities and objectives to deliver operational excellence.
• Ensure roadmap is delivered across multiple sites and groups.
• Identify and implement tools to meet targets and drive standardization.
• Define data collection systems for consistent KPI reporting from a single source.
• Train, coach and mentor staff at all levels to sustain the program.
• Facilitate collaboration and information sharing across the organization and with stakeholders.
• Lead mini transformations, Kaizens, training and workshops; spend time on site to drive change.
