Job summary

Pernod Ricard USA in Fort Smith, AR, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes. You will design layouts, drive cost-efficiency, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires a degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical engineering and 4–5 years of experience. CAD/CAM skills and Lean Six Sigma are preferred, with a hybrid work policy allowing remote up to two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering is required.
• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Experience evaluating and troubleshooting operations, processes, and machinery.
• Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Visio and Project).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification strongly preferred.

• Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
• Developing layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products.
• Implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintaining documentation and preparing reports.
• Analyzing production data to provide recommendations to maintenance and production teams.
• Conducting tests and monitoring equipment process performance.
