Baker Hughes is seeking a New Energy Business Development Director for North America - OFSE to drive growth across geothermal, CCUS, hydrogen and emissions management. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics or another relevant discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in the energy sector including sales, commercial, project development, or business development.
• Ability to develop complex, multidisciplinary opportunities within the North American energy market.

• Develop and execute North American New Energy business development strategy for geothermal, CCUS, hydrogen, and emissions management.
• Identify and mature strategic, integrated opportunities early in project development cycles.
• Establish senior-level relationships with developers, operators, utilities, investors, and partners.
• Lead development of differentiated commercial solutions integrating Baker Hughes technologies.
• Coordinate engagements across regional leadership, product sales, and engineering teams.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Represent Baker Hughes at industry events and customer engagements to drive market development.
• Drive alignment across functions to convert opportunities into orders and revenue.
