Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking an America Strategic Integrated Energy Solutions Architect to lead the design of low‑carbon, integrated energy systems for major customers in the U.S. You will work with sales, engineering, and product teams to shape offerings that meet evolving utility and data center needs.

You will drive technical architecture, assess economics, and help grow Baker Hughes’ clean energy portfolio across geothermal, CHP, heat pumps, long‑duration storage, and hybrid solutions, with

Qualifications

• Experience designing integrated energy solutions for utilities, hyperscalers, or data center users.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into competitive system designs.
• Strong knowledge of power systems, VARs, and energy storage concepts.

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape, and win integrated energy projects across America.
• Deliver customer-centric solutions across geothermal, CH(P), long-duration storage, and data center power.
• Engage early with customers to build value propositions and market penetration.
• Define technical architecture including electrical balance of plant to optimize LCOE/LCOH/LCOS.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and finance to deliver solutions.
