Job summary

Baker Hughes in Houston seeks an Integrated Commercial Manager - New Energy to drive commercial structuring for geothermal, CCUS, and other energy transition projects. You will translate technical requirements into practical commercial and execution models, coordinating with technical, legal, finance, risk, and operations teams.

You will support proposals, assist in negotiations, and develop shareholder-value focused commercial frameworks while ensuring governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• 7+ years of energy project development, technical business development, or related roles.
• Experience with operator/E&P environments and energy transition projects.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development and potentially participate in customer negotiations.
• Assess projects and develop commercial and execution models with technical input.
• Evaluate New Energy opportunities (geothermal, CCUS, etc.) with cross-functional teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for New Energy opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, legal, risk, finance, operations and leadership.
