Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• PhD is preferred for this leadership role.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the power network industry, with expertise in transmission networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide market innovation leadership to develop solution roadmaps, value propositions, and growth initiatives.
• Lead techno-economic analyses to support Innovation Incubator projects.
• Offer strategic advisory support to US Power Consulting and tackle future grid challenges.
• Represent Hitachi Energy in industry associations, conferences, and professional networks (IEEE, CIGRE).
• Serve as a subject matter expert on grid technologies, transmission and distribution trends.

Education
