The role focuses on shaping solution roadmaps, value propositions, partnerships, and growth initiatives while influencing policy and industry standards. You will collaborate with the Innovation Incubator, Sales, Marketing, and country organizations, represent Hitachi Energy at industry forums, and lead techno-economic analyses to guide strategic advisory activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the power network industry, spanning transmission and distribution with expertise in transmission networks.
• Deep expertise in system planning, techno-economic analysis, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong senior-level stakeholder engagement and industry credibility in the power sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead market innovation initiatives and shape solution roadmaps, value propositions, partnerships, and growth strategies.
• Deliver techno-economic analyses to support Innovation Incubator projects and cross-functional teams.
• Represent Hitachi Energy externally at senior industry forums and institutional working groups.
• Collaborate with the US Power Consulting team on strategic advisory projects addressing grid challenges.
• Drive thought leadership on grid technologies, transmission and distribution trends, and external policy influence.
• Communicate tangible outcomes from innovation initiatives, market development, and cross-functional collaboration.
