Qualifications

• Experience in TSA-regulated environment.
• Ability to collaborate with HSE, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety accountability across all shifts and ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce quality standards (cGMP, Global Quality Standards) and maintain data integrity and documentation.
• Oversee receiving, packaging components, materials, and SAP receipt entry; manage replenishment, pick, pack, and fulfillment.
• Lead investigations for HSE and Quality deviations; drive CAPAs to closure.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and budget commitments; drive productivity improvements.
• Provide coaching and development for team members to enhance performance and accountability.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Lilly values.
