The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to policies, and collaboration with operations leaders to meet objectives, while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment management, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience with a union team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to occasionally lift equipment, parts, and supplies up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations; ensure work is safe, accurate, and efficient.
• Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Assign daily priorities; monitor productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
• Receive, store, organize, and distribute inventory and equipment; track movements.
