Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Supervisor – North American Logistics Operations at the Plainfield Distribution Center in Indiana. Lead front-line teams, ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery across multiple shifts, with occasional support at Enfield, CT.

Strong focus on compliance, SAP/WMS usage, and cross-functional collaboration within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role demands 5+ years in manufacturing/distribution, cGMP knowledge, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or distribution within the pharmaceutical industry; TSA-regulated environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid documentation practices.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HSE, Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-conscious culture across multi-shift operations and enforce HSE standards.
• Ensure quality compliance with cGMPs and data integrity requirements; drive CAPAs.
• Oversee day-to-day distribution tasks: receiving, packing, SAP receipt, replenishment, pick/pack, and shipping.
• Coach and develop frontline teams; manage budget adherence and productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate with Lilly sites and customers to ensure on-time delivery and service levels.
• Investigate deviations and drive corrective actions to closure.
