Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Sanborn, NY seeks a Head of Distribution – North America to evolve the distribution center from a cost center to a high-impact value driver. You will align logistics with commercial strategies to support VTBA growth, agility, and profitability.

You will own P&L for the DC, drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and scale value-added services. The role requires on-site presence at our Sanborn facility and close collaboration with Sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Inventory management skills.
• Operational drive and result-oriented focus.
• Organizational and process development skills.
• English proficiency.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder management.
• Approximately 200K outbound OLs/year supporting global/regional distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assume full P&L ownership for the DC and drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and margin expansion.
• Position the DC as a strategic partner to enable market share growth and customer retention.
• Identify, develop and scale value-added services and optimized costing models.
• Define and execute a long-term DC expansion strategy aligned with growth plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Business Line leadership to align logistics with commercial objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and investment planning; monitor KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Evaluate capital investments based on ROI and strategic fit.
