Job summary
Trane Technologies is seeking a North America fulfillment leader with deep lighting experience to support regional teams on lighting-focused projects and other ECMs. This role emphasizes execution quality, safety, and streamlined field operations across large, complex projects.
You will partner with development, preconstruction, and field teams to plan, review scopes, and standardize processes. Travel across North America is expected to ensure consistent delivery and contractor alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, energy management, or related field.
- Significant experience in lighting projects or energy solutions.
- Ability to travel across North America.
Responsibilities
- Provide field and regional fulfillment support for lighting and non-core ECM projects across North America.
- Collaborate with development, preconstruction, fulfillment, and field teams to improve project outcomes.
- Develop and implement standard work for the fulfillment side of the business to drive consistency.
- Coach field project managers to enhance execution, safety, and communication.
