ABB Inc. seeks a Local Division Manager for the IEC Low Voltage Division in the United States. This role will own the division's commercial strategy locally, lead a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth with a focus on wallet share and go-to-market execution.

The position requires 12+ years of general management experience, 7+ years leading cross-functional teams, and proven P&L ownership. The work model is remote in the US with 50% domestic travel and a compelling incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 12+ years of general management experience.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams (Procurement, sales, sales support, etc.).
• Experience with Low Voltage IEC Motors and applications.
• Strong financial management with prior P&L ownership.
• Experience with Change management and building high-performing teams.
• Track record of year-over-year sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division's commercial strategy locally.
• Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales objectives and KPIs.
• Owns P&L and drives revenue growth while optimizing costs and capital efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights for planning.
• Manage portfolio strategy and ensure trade compliance and international trade rules.
