The ideal candidate combines executive sales leadership with hands-on relationship-building, customer development, and cross-functional collaboration across product, manufacturing, and operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or sales leadership in building-materials industry.
• Proven success building two-step distributor networks.
• Experience with big-box retailers or national accounts.
• Established relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers.
• Track record of revenue growth and channel development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and accountability.
• Willing to travel 50%+ across the US, including New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US commercial strategy aiming for double-digit revenue growth.
• Lead a North American team of 20+ across sales and warehouse operations.
• Drive new customer acquisition and strategic business development nationwide.
• Expand distributor networks and strengthen relationships with national and regional distributors.
• Manage relationships with big-box retailers and strategic partners.
• Develop relationships with architects and contractors to generate specifications.
• Provide market insights for product optimization and commercialization.
• Collaborate with global leadership to support NA growth.
• Report performance to senior leadership and the board.
