Job summary

Henkel North America is seeking a Vice President of Accounting & Financial Controlling to safeguard the quality and integrity of regional reporting while enabling strategic decisions and sustainable value creation. You will partner with regional business finance teams, GBS+, and global Finance functions to drive performance and standardization.

You will lead the closing, reporting, controls, and audit coordination, shaping the operating model and driving automation and AI-enabled improvements

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership with accounting, controlling, reporting, governance, and business partnership.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and multi-national reporting experience.
• Experience with US regulatory requirements is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA Financial Controlling, Corporate Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee period-end closing, balance-sheet governance, and reconciliations.
• Drive performance insights and recommend strategic actions to executives.
• Maintain robust internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Lead M&A finance activities including due diligence and closing.
