Hayward Tyler seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead North American operations (Colchester, VT) and Energy Steel (Rochester Hills, MI). You will shape financial vision, manage systems and policies, and act as a strategic business partner to the President, ensuring governance and performance across locations.

You will guide budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and commercial finance, driving profitability while building high-performing teams and processes. Salary ranges reflect experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or equivalent.
• 10 years' minimum work experience in Finance for a manufacturing organization.
• Deep and current knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Extensive familiarity with long term Government contracts and associated compliance requirements.
• Previous experience in commercial finance or senior analytical roles.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at senior management level.

Responsabilités

• Develop financial vision, strategy, goals and practices for North American operations.
• Oversee financial systems, policies, KPIs and KRIs and administration functions.
• Partner with the President to deliver strategic intent and promote a strong business culture.
• Provide timely, meaningful management information to drive profit, cash, and liquidity targets.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for multiple locations.
