Job summary

LGC seeks a Financial Controller, North America, to lead site finance across the region, directing accounting, reporting, tax, and cash management. You will partner with executive leadership to drive margin expansion, capital discipline, and cross‑functional initiatives.

You will manage a team, ensure accurate financial statements, controls, and regulatory compliance, and oversee audits while supporting growth across the North American sites in a fast‑paced, global diagnostics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• 15+ years of financial experience in manufacturing or similar.
• Executive finance partnering with cross-functional leaders and regions.
• Experience with global finance processes and audits.
• Strong MS Excel and ERP/FP&A tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead site finance across North America, driving top-line growth and margin expansion.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close, balance sheet, cash flow, and controls.
• Partner with operations, HR and leadership to deliver budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate external audits and comply with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide KPI reporting and strategic financial insights to senior management.
