Job summary

CMA CGM Group seeks a Regional Leader for Ethics, Privacy, and Integrity in North America. You will drive data privacy compliance, anti-corruption programs, and Duty of Vigilance, partnering with Legal, IT, HR, and business teams to embed controls and training across the region.

You will lead governance, respond to data subject requests, and provide strategic guidance to promote ethical business practices while enabling compliant growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of general experience in regulatory/compliance roles.
• Experience leading data privacy and anti-corruption programs in a multinational setting.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in training and awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead data privacy compliance program for North America region.
• Oversee anti-corruption framework and policies.
• Support Duty of Vigilance and Speak Up programs.
• Provide training and guidance to regional teams.
• Partner with Legal, IT, HR, and business units to manage compliance risks.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update governance processes.
