Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Director of Environmental Compliance, North America to lead environmental programs across its growing data center campuses. This role serves as the senior compliance leader for the region, ensuring audit-ready posture, regulatory compliance, and effective integration of environmental requirements into operations and growth initiatives.

The Director will oversee air, water, and waste programs, manage regulatory reporting and audits, and partner with Operations, Legal, and the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or Engineering field.
• 10+ years of environmental compliance experience in high-risk industries.
• Experience managing air permits, SPCC, stormwater, waste management, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of EPA regulations and state environmental requirements.
• Experience leading environmental audits, inspections, and compliance programs across multiple sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance programs across North America.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, inspections, audits, and agency interactions.
• Identify, assess, and manage environmental risks across campuses and projects across NA.
• Develop and oversee air, water, waste compliance programs.
• Lead a risk-based environmental audit program and report on performance.
• Manage investigations and corrective actions for environmental incidents.
