Job summary

Leaf Home is hiring a Distribution and Fulfillment Manager in Hudson, OH to lead the North American network of distribution centers and 3PL partners. You will optimize inventory flow, ensure safety, and drive cross-functional collaboration to support growth.

The role requires 5+ years in distribution/logistics, strong leadership, SOP development, and expertise with WMS/ERP systems. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs, process improvements, and operational controls.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and supplier performance.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, KPIs, and inventory management.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and fulfillment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution and fulfillment operations across the North American network.
• Develop and execute distribution strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, Lean methodologies, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Manage warehouse infrastructure, safety programs, and space utilization.
• Lead 3PL management, vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Develop team capabilities through training and coaching while managing risk.
