Job summary

Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets Regulatory Interpretations team seeks a North America Transaction Reporting Specialist to ensure accurate derivatives reporting and regulatory compliance across global markets.

You will partner with business and operations to implement improvements, strengthen controls, and advise on applying evolving regimes (CFTC, SEC, Canadian reporting frameworks) in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years interpreting and applying derivatives regulations in banking or financial services.
• Experience across products and asset classes; commodities/derivatives (futures) a plus.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management with global teams.
• Understanding of derivatives documentation and contract terms.
• Proven track record driving regulatory change across global organizations.
• Collaborative mindset with integrity and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Curiosity and continuous learning in global reporting regimes.
