Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration, with extensive financial/ops management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes for NA entities, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Prepare management accounts, KPI analysis, and board reporting with insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate US/Canada tax compliance and liaise with third-party advisors.
• Oversee external audits and remediation of issues to close timely.
• Maintain strong internal controls and documentation to support regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff to foster professional growth.
