The successful candidate will have significant experience in building accounting processes and managing teams within a growing environment.

This hybrid position requires three office days a week and offers a competitive salary range of $240,000 to $260,000, alongside equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3–5 years as a Controller.
• Prior experience managing external audits at a complex company.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting operations and ensure timely closings.
• Maintain accounting policies including revenue recognition.
• Manage and develop the accounting team for growth.
• Partnership with FP&A for financial models and reporting.
