Job summary

PepsiCo's SodaStream North America marketing team is seeking a dynamic Consumer and Shopper Insights leader based in Purchase, NY. You will identify growth opportunities by translating consumer, category, and competitive trends into commercial unlocks and strategic plans.

Lead a small insights group (2 direct reports), partner with marketing and senior executives to drive AOP, and foster data-driven decision making across the organization in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Insights, Consumer Research, Analytics, and Strategy.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strategic thinker able to translate insights into growth plans.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior audiences.
• Leadership experience; mentoring and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term consumer and category growth planning with learning plans.
• Drive consumer-centric culture across commercial plans.
• Translate insights into strategies for penetration, LTV, profitability, and market share.
• Lead consumer and shopper research activities for commercial unlocks.
• Mentor and develop 2 direct reports; foster learning and innovation.
