Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Innovation Design Manager to shape the SodaStream ecosystem. You will lead strategic innovation, drive product concepts, and personally contribute to design development from exploration to commercialization.

The role requires transforming insights into actionable strategies, guiding cross-functional teams, and maintaining a high standard of design excellence across products, services, and experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience leading innovation, industrial design, or product experience development.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating excellence in innovation and product design.
• Strong knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design.
• Understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing, and commercialization.
• Excellent visualization, sketching, prototyping, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to lead ambiguity and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading connected products or ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the innovation agenda and create roadmaps for the SodaStream ecosystem.
• Lead concept development and platform creation across products, services, and experiences.
• Hands-on contribution to concept generation, prototyping, and execution.
• Guide cross-functional teams through iterative prototyping, validation, and execution.
• Influence senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and evidence-based recommendations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
