Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a CFO, North Americas to lead finance, audit, tax, accounting and treasury for U.S. and Canadian entities.

This executive will partner with the Group CFO and regional leadership while owning the financial architecture for a regulated exchange, trading platform, prediction markets, and new lines. The role requires deep financial services experience, hands-on regulatory know-how, and a track record of building high-performing finance teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in financial services or capital markets
• Deep familiarity with US GAAP including derivatives, financial instruments, revenue recognition
• Experience with CFTC-regulated entities or similar environments and regulatory reporting requirements
• Proven ability to build and lead finance teams in high-growth, fast-paced settings
• Strong executive presence with ability to communicate complex topics to senior leadership and regulators

Responsibilities

• Own the financial strategy and long-range planning for all Americas entities, including Nadex, OG.com, and U.S. exchange
• Partner with Americas leadership to provide data-driven insights on revenue, margin, and capital allocation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis across all Americas business lines
• Oversee US GAAP financial statements, management reporting, and consolidation Deliverables
• Manage external audit relationships and coordinate group-level regulatory reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CFTC rules and other applicable bodies
